Cole Jacobus is great! So very honest! We thought we needed to have 2 thermostats installed as an upgrade to what we originally had installed by the builder. Cole looked at it and said it's the same exact one you have. You just need it programmed to what you want it to do. He programmed it for exactly what we needed. Gave us tips for using the upstairs n downstairs thermostats together. We are in business. We will be asking for Cole's help again if we ever need service. Thank you Cole! We surely appreciate you! And........ thanks for being so honest!
We tried to have another company come out to install these new thermostats before calling Chisholm Plumbing, Heating n A/C..
No one showed up n come to find out we weren't even on their list for installs after 4 phone calls.
I called Chisholm n was told someone would be out between 4pm n 6pm. As soon as I hung up the phone... I got another call... the fellow said I'm 15 minutes away so we got done way before he was to arrive! Such service!

We only had the thermostats looked at .. no water heater

Wesley came to my home today and repaired some piping under my my floor. This problem came as a result of some work that Chisholm had done several years back. Wesley explained this and corrected the problem. He explained that it wasn’t done to their standards the first time and would be covered by them.This is a reputable company and they stand behind their work.
I am giving 5 stars because the app won’t let me give 6.

Fast and professional work. Cole Jacobus was the tech. He did a great job and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. Even took the time to use a garden hose to cool down the compressor to make sure everything was OK.

Chris did a wonderful job of fixing a toilet issue,… that I had begun and should have been a simple 15 min. fix. Unfortunately, due to, probably the original contractor, who over tightened a valve; it became much more. Thanks Chris.
Even though it took him an extra 15min. I feel the price should be about $100. less.

Chisholm Plumbing gained a customer for life! I had what at the time I thought was a plumbing emergency and they sent someone to my home right away. When Chris S. arrived he was super helpful and worked with me to figure out what the problem was. Long story short, there ended up being a very easy fix (yay). But Chris went above and beyond and made multiple visits to my home to help me find a solution. I cannot recommend them enough. Thanks Chris for all the help!

Highly recommend their services again! If you’re going to have plumbing needs, at least you have professional, polite, thorough, and honest technicians helping! Trevor took care of our needs today and was so thorough despite having to stay late. He didn’t rush and genuinely wanted to make sure we were taken care of today! Grateful for the office staff as well who worked with us to handle scheduling and communication. Paige and Brittany were specifically helpful in communication today. We love Chisholm, have referred others your way, and will continue to use!

Excellent service!! I would highly recommend Chisholm plumbing. Our kitchen sink backed up and we could not get it fixed ourselves. One call to Chisholm and Trevor was at our door in a couple hours. He ended up having to use a 40ft powered snake to get the clogged pipe cleared, but he got us flowing again.
He communicated what he was doing very well. He was very nice and cleaned up everything up. Thanks again.

Had Chris S come out to help identify where there was a potential leak since we had a huge unexpected water bill. Identified the source as our irrigation system. Was honest and helpful in what we needed to do to address it. Didn't charge for the visit and even helped with an unrelated thing with our outdoor water spigot. Will certainly use them for any plumbing needs we encounter.
